These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you visit or purchase from glamoffbeauty.com (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Glam Off LTD, trading as Glam Off ("Glam Off", "we", "us" or "our").

By using our Website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of the information provided to you when you shop with us.

1. About Glam Off

Glam Off sells reusable microfibre makeup-removal gloves and related products through our online store.

Our products are intended for personal use. Product descriptions, photographs, colours and other information on the Website are provided to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

We take reasonable care to ensure that information on the Website is accurate and up to date. If we discover an error, we will correct it as soon as reasonably possible.

2. Using our Website

You may use our Website for lawful purposes only.

You must not use the Website in a way that:

• breaks any applicable law or regulation;

• attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts;

• interferes with the operation or security of the Website;

• knowingly introduces malicious software or harmful code;

• copies, reproduces or commercially exploits our Website or its content without our permission; or

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us, including your name, email address, billing details and delivery address, is accurate and complete.

3. Our products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours and photographs as accurately as possible. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your device, screen and settings.

Our product descriptions explain the intended use and care of each product. Please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase and on the Website.

Glam Off gloves are designed to remove makeup using warm water and gentle pressure. Results can vary depending on the type and amount of makeup used, including different mascara, SPF and foundation formulations.

Our products are not medical products and our Website does not provide medical advice. If you have a skin condition, damaged or irritated skin, an eye condition or any other concern about using the product, seek appropriate professional advice before use.

4. Product availability

We aim to keep the products shown on our Website available for purchase. However, products may occasionally sell out or become temporarily unavailable.

If you place an order for a product that has unexpectedly become unavailable, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a refund or another suitable option.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product designs, colours or specifications where reasonably necessary.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the products have been dispatched.

If we are unable to accept your order, for example because a product is unavailable or there has been an obvious pricing or product-information error, we will contact you and refund any payment already taken for the affected order.

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase, particularly your delivery address.

6. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.

The price you pay will be the price displayed for the product at the time you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges clearly shown during checkout.

Where we offer a promotion, discount or sale price, any relevant conditions will be displayed with the offer.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an obvious pricing error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing the order where reasonably possible. If the incorrect price has already been paid, we will arrange an appropriate refund where required.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

7. Delivery

Our current delivery options, charges, dispatch times and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Postal delays can occasionally occur, particularly during busy periods or around bank holidays.

If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the timeframe set out in our Shipping Policy, please contact us at hello@glamoffbeauty.com and we will investigate.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices unless we expressly state otherwise.

8. Incorrect delivery information

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and the parcel is returned to us as a result, additional postage may be required before we resend the order.

If you notice an address error shortly after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@glamoffbeauty.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

9. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your rights to cancel an online purchase and receive a refund are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For eligible online purchases, you generally have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

Because Glam Off gloves are designed for direct contact with the face, hygiene restrictions may apply to products where a protective hygiene seal has been broken, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

10. Faulty or damaged products

We want you to receive your order in good condition and as described.

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact hello@glamoffbeauty.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy you are legally entitled to under applicable UK consumer law.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Website, including the Glam Off name, logo, branding, product photography, graphics, written content, videos, designs and other original materials, belongs to Glam Off or is used by us with permission.

You may view and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable copyright or other intellectual-property legislation.

12. Customer reviews and content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial or other content to Glam Off, you confirm that:

• it is your own content or you have permission to provide it;

• it is truthful and reflects your genuine experience;

• it does not infringe another person's rights; and

• it does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory or harmful material.

By submitting content to us, you give Glam Off permission to use, reproduce and display that content for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the Glam Off business, subject to applicable law.

We may choose not to publish or may remove content that we reasonably consider inappropriate, misleading, unlawful or inconsistent with these Terms.

13. Third-party services

Our Website may use third-party services to provide functions such as payment processing, website hosting, delivery tracking, analytics, email communications and other features.

Where a third-party service is used, its own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

We are not responsible for the operation of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

These Terms and any contract between you and Glam Off are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you will also retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law applicable to your circumstances.
