Shipping Policy

Processing. Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery. Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 to 4 working days (£1.99). Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 to 3 working days (£2.99). Free delivery on all orders over £20.

International. Royal Mail International Tracked, 7–14 working days - calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and we cannot predict them.

Tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it's dispatched. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Delays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Postal delays outside our control can occur, particularly around bank holidays and peak periods. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (25 for international), email us and we'll investigate.

Wrong address. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Lost or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll put it right.
